By using the LeosNow marketplace, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

LeosNow operates as a premium digital marketplace providing verified digital credentials, software licenses, VPS servers, and service accounts.

• As-Is Delivery: All digital assets are provided "as-is" and are verified to be working at the exact moment of delivery.
• Single-Issue Provisioning: Assets are provisioned precisely once to the buyer. LeosNow does not resell the same specific credential to multiple users.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

As a client of LeosNow, you agree to use the purchased digital assets responsibly and in accordance with the terms of the original asset providers. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Use the purchased credentials for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
• Utilize the assets to distribute malware, spam, or engage in unauthorized data scraping.
• Attempt to bypass our checkout system, exploit platform vulnerabilities, or manipulate the corporate wallet system.

4. Payments, Wallet, and Refunds

All transactions on LeosNow are processed securely. You may fund your Corporate Wallet via our integrated payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).

Because we deal in digital goods, all sales are final. We enforce a strict No-Refund policy once the digital asset details have been revealed. For details on our 24-hour non-functional replacement guarantee, please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

LeosNow serves solely as a marketplace and provisioning service. Once you have successfully logged into a purchased account or activated a license, our liability ends.

We are not responsible for third-party actions, including but not limited to: account bans, region locks, password resets initiated by the original platform provider, or loss of access due to your actions post-purchase. In no event shall LeosNow be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital assets.
