Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Digital Goods Exemption

When you purchase a digital credential from LeosNow, the asset details (Username, Password, Keys, or License Codes) are instantly revealed and transferred to your vault. Due to the inherent nature of digital information, we cannot guarantee that the asset has not been viewed, copied, or utilized by the buyer.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a refund or chargeback under any consumer protection laws regarding digital goods.

2. The 24-Hour Replacement Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, we stand by the quality of our inventory. Every credential is manually verified before listing. However, if you purchase an asset and find it to be non-functional at the exact time of delivery, we offer a strict Replacement Policy.

• You must report the non-working credential within 24 hours of the purchase timestamp.
• You must provide valid proof (screenshots/screen recordings) demonstrating that the credential failed upon initial login.
• Once our team verifies the claim, we will replace the asset with an identical or equivalent item from our inventory.

3. Fraud and Chargebacks

Any attempt to bypass our No-Refund policy by filing a fraudulent dispute or chargeback with your credit card issuer, bank, or payment gateway (such as Razorpay) will result in:

• Immediate and permanent suspension of your LeosNow account.
• Revocation of all previously purchased digital assets in your vault.
• Your details being submitted to anti-fraud networks utilized by digital merchants.

4. Requesting Support

If you encounter an issue with your purchase, please do not file a dispute. Contact our support desk directly. Our team is trained to handle replacements swiftly and fairly.
